Every SEVENFRIDAY timepiece is equipped with an NFC chip embedded in the caseback. You can verify authenticity by scanning your watch using the official SEVENFRIDAY mobile app.

What is your worldwide shipping policy?

We offer global shipping to most countries. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.

What warranty comes with my purchase?

All SEVENFRIDAY watches come with a 2-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects. You can extend this by an additional year by registering your watch in our app.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact.

Are SEVENFRIDAY watches water resistant?

Most of our timepieces have a water resistance rating of 3ATM. This means they are splash resistant but not suitable for swimming, showering, or diving.
